Hello! I'm Caliber (Dylan), a 16-year-old community manager with 3+ years of experience. I started learning server operations in 2020 as a helper, gradually working my way through various positions from lower staff to higher management roles. Each position taught me something valuable about professionalism, organization, and effective community leadership.
I'm passionate about helping communities grow while creating positive experiences for both members and staff. I've learned to stay calm and professional in challenging situations, and I believe no position or rank should be used for discrimination. Everyone deserves respect and kindness, regardless of their role.
